Fenya Mailbox Sync

You're signed in as a manager. Here's what each section lets you do:

1. Service & metrics cards (top) — shows whether the poller is running, total documents stored, files stored, when the next Gmail check will run, and how many duplicates have been skipped. Updates every 4 seconds.
2. Search files by reference — type a purchase order number like POAO0000305 into the search box. Results update instantly as you type. Each row has two actions:
   • Open — view the file in a new browser tab (PDFs render in-browser, CSVs / Excel download automatically).
   • Save — forces a download to your computer's default Downloads folder.
3. Recent documents — the 10 most-recent Fenya email envelopes (sender, subject, reference, imported timestamp). Click Refresh to re-pull.
4. Subject rules / Sender allowlist — read-only views of the classification logic. Reference only; ask the admin to change them.
5. Recent ingest log — outcome of every email the poller has processed in its last 20 attempts (imported, duplicate_skipped, unmatched, unknown_sender, error).
