How to use this dashboard (step-by-step)
You're signed in as a manager. Here's what each section lets you do:
- Service & metrics cards (top) — shows whether the poller is running, total documents stored, files stored, when the next Gmail check will run, and how many duplicates have been skipped. Updates every 4 seconds.
- Search files by reference — type a purchase order

POAO0000305into the search box. Results update instantly as you type. Each row has two actions:- Open — view the file in a new browser tab (PDFs render in-browser, CSVs / Excel download automatically).
- Save — forces a download to your computer's default Downloads folder.
- Recent documents — the 10 most-recent Fenya email envelopes (sender, subject, reference, imported timestamp). Click Refresh to re-pull.
- Subject rules / Sender allowlist — read-only views of the classification logic. Reference only; ask the admin to change them.
- Recent ingest log — outcome of every email the
poller has processed in its last 20 attempts
(
imported,duplicate_skipped,unmatched,unknown_sender,error).
